It is contended on behalf of the
petitioner that this Court in its
order dated 6.10.2015 passed in
Writ-A No. 56928 of 2015 (Sofia
Ikbal Ahmad v. State of U.P. & 2
others) and order dated 8.10.2015
passed in Writ-A No. 48620 of 2015
(Sarita Shukla and 2 others v. State
of U.P. and 6 others), has issued a
direction that the candidates who
were indulged in the commission of
malpractice in the Teachers
Eligibility Test Examination-2011,
shall be weeded out.
The grievance of the petitioner is
that by the impugned Notification
all the candidates have been
declared to be eligible for
appointment of Assistant Teacher.
The matter needs consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel may file
counter affidavit within six weeks.
Rejoinder, if any, within a week
thereafter.
List the matter after the expiry of
the said period.
The appointments of the candidates
in question shall abide by the
result of the writ petition.
